Biography

Ph.D from Kyoto University, MSc from Harvard School of Public Health and MA from Tokyo University.
Responsible for R&D and dissemination of low carbon technologies including renewable energy including integration of PV and agriculture, energy efficiency improvement, developing carbon neutral area, etc.
Engaged in developing and implementing environmental policies in MOEJ including climate change, environment impact assessment, waste management, health and safety, and international negotiation and cooperation such as COP15, 16 and G20.
Worked in the Environmental Directorate at OECD in 2011-14.
