Biography

広島県福山市出身。東京大学農学部国際開発農学専修卒業、東京大学大学院農学生命科学研究科農学国際専攻修了。農林水産省の食料・農業・農村政策審議会委員を始め、中央省庁等の有識者委員を歴任。主な著書に「アグリカルチャー4.0の時代　農村DX革命」、「IoTが拓く次世代農業」、「次世代農業ビジネス経営」「グローバル農業ビジネス」（以上、日刊工業新聞社）、「甦る農業」（学陽書房）など。
