Biography

1954年生まれ。京都大学大学院農学研究科修士課程卒業。1980年4月農林水産省農事試験場研究員。2011年4月農研機構作物研究所所長。2011年10月農研機構理事。2016年4月より農研機構本部理事（研究推進担当Ⅰ）。SIP「次世代農林水産業創造技術」生産システムコンソーシアム研究代表者（2016年度～2018年度）。SIP「スマートバイオ産業・農業基盤技術」スマートフードチェーンコンソーシアム研究代表者。
